A regular Admin on the Direct Provisioning Portal possesses all of the same capabilities as a Trusted Agent except for the following:
- Cannot perform certificate requests.
- Cannot perform user provisioning requests (via the Add User button) for users who will be covered by Address Certificates (they can however still perform Bulk Import requests for users covered by Address Certificates).
- Cannot perform edits on Address Certificate users.
Just like Trusted Agents, a regular Admin does not require a certificate in order to be provisioned. Please note that if an Admin (or Trusted Agent) is provisioned without a certificate the account will be unable to send/receive Direct messages.
